Shipping & Delivery Information
We deliver our artisanal perfumes and royal attars across all pincodes in India with trusted courier partners and express insured transit.
1. Address Accuracy
To guarantee seamless, prompt delivery, please ensure your full delivery details (including recipient name, complete street address, landmarks, city, state, and postal code) are accurate at checkout. Once dispatched from our laboratory, delivery addresses cannot be rerouted.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central hub in Gujarat. Standard express delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for regional locations.
3. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide both 256-bit encrypted online checkout (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery across supported Indian pincodes.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, an automated consignment tracking link is shared with you via SMS and WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
